Handle the lash pieces gently, keep them clean and store them in their case after use. Their usable lifespan depends on handling, care and frequency of use.

You may request a personal-preference return within 30 days after delivery. New and unused items may be returned. Items only slightly tried on may also be considered after individual review if they remain clean, intact, hygienic, and suitable for return. Please include the original packaging and accessories, and contact us with your order number and photos before sending an item back. Customers pay return shipping for personal-preference returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@shkg.com with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, SHKG covers the appropriate return or replacement costs. For an eligible style exchange, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the desired style.
